Derbyshire Computers is a small managed IT services company based in the heart of Derby in the United Kingdom.
Having started back in 2014 trading under the name of ‘The Geeky Technician’ we started off our journey small, providing physical repairs and diagnostics to home customers computers. We then decided it was time for a rebrand and wanted to offer businesses professional IT services, following onto 2017 we rebranded to ‘Derbyshire Computers’, we chose this name as we are a central hub for many different types of service offerings. We expanded our services to business customers in the local area. After we noticed our business was growing we then further decided to launch and offer our services to international customers and now serve many clients in places such as: United States, Spain and Germany.
To grow further trust in our business, we have partnered up with some well known companies to offer and resell their excellent products and services to our clients.
As an MSP (managed service provider), our mission and goal is to provide excellent service to all of our clients. We take the stress of having to deal with IT problems away and instead make sure that you can focus on growing your business without having to be an IT expert.
Most jobs that we receive are completed remotely, this means we can fix or help with a problem that you are facing quicker than waiting for an engineer to arrive on-site!
Every job we get is different, which is why we do love a good challenge, however before marking the job as complete we always ensure that the job is done right and up to your satisfaction
We provide IT solutions and services to customers using a Windows or Mac computer. Not everyone is the same and we understand that which is why we support both operating systems!
We understand that IT issues can cause stress and really make your day feel worse, however our friendly team is always ready to help with your enquiry and to assist with the problem.
We never make any marketing calls to gain business, instead we prefer to thrive off word of mouth referrals ensuring you a peace of mind knowing that you are dealing with a genuine and honest company.
For ad-hoc support calls we work on an hourly rate, and to make sure you get the most value for money we make sure we get your jobs done quickly and done propertly.
